Requirements
- At least 7-10 years of experience in various functions of HR
- Good experience in hiring candidates through various channels
- Good articulation skills
- Good Communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Attitude - Go Getter, Proactive
- Experience in full-cycle Recruitment.
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- The desire to work as a team with results driven approach
- Capable enough to multitask
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Integrity and confidentiality to be maintained
- A leader and strategic thinker
- Preferred Male candidate
HR Operations
- Meet employee regular basis to conduct monthly grievance redressal etc.
- Design and Implement Company specific HR policies and Human Resource Services.
- Drive onboarding
- Maintain HR Dashboard
- Ensure employee engagement through various activities
- Employee orientation, development, and training
- Attendance Management
- Employee Relations
- Reward and Recognition
